28 Weeks, 1 Day- Beginning the Third Trimester!

Its been another rough week, physically.  This whole combo of having a toddler and being pregnant is just not working for me right now.  My temper is really short and that isn't helped by being in pain about 95% of the time.  I simultaneously want to spend all my time with my friends and hide under my bed until this baby decided to come.  I'm really hoping he come early like Zooey did; I already feel like he's trying to crack my pelvic area in half and bust out!  I'm definitely going to have lots of questions for the poor doctor when I go back on Wednesday!
How far along?
28 weeks, 1 day
Maternity clothes?
Pants are entirely optional at this point.
Stretch marks?
Still no signs, but lotion-ing extra just to be sure.
Sleep?
I go to sleep cold and wake up in a pool of sweat.  So fun.  Sleeping by the fan doesn't seem to help.  Oh!  Last night I had my first baby delivery nightmare.  My water broke so I went to the hospital, just like I did with Zooey, but I was completely alone.  For some reason I was at Sacred Heart (the hospital from Scrubs) and Dr. Cox was my doctor.  I could feel the contractions in my dream and they just kept poking me with needles and hooking up more IVs, insisting I was being a sissy.  Luckily the dream changed before my subconscious could freak me out even more with baby vacuums or emergency C-sections.
Best moment this week?
Sadly, it was feeling well enough to cook dinner when Daniel got home from work.  He enjoyed a delicious steak, zucchini and couscous.  Tried to make some chocolate avocado truffles but using semi-sweet chocolate turned out to be a horrible idea.  Hey, it was all I had!
Food cravings:
Sweets and breakfast foods
Belly button in or out?
It has a small, funny little lip at the top but not really sticking out.
Movement?
Constant.  No, I'm serious.  I can't wait for him to be out so he can stop punching my guts!
What I miss?
Moving at a normal speed.
What I’m looking forward to:
My visit to the doctor this Wednesday!  Daniel finally gets to come with me!
Milestones:
Baby's eyes are partially open and can blink, eye color has developed, 15 inches long ("about the length of an amusement park cinnamon-sugar-coated churro")and about 2-3 pounds.
What baby looks like this week:
